Butter Chicken

For the Chicken:

Toss together the following:

3 lbs of boneless chicken cut into cubes

2 tbls garam masala

1 tbls lemon juice

2 tbls minced garlic

2 tbls vegetable oil

Sauce:

I medium onion minced

1 cup of butter

1 can of tomato sauce

2 cups of heavy cream

2 tbls of tandoori masala

1 tsp cayenne

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Bake chicken until no longer pink inside (about 12 minutes)

Heat 2 tbsp. of butter in a skillet over medium heat and add garlic and onion until softened. Next add the remaining butter until melted. Add tomato sauce, cream, masala and cayenne. Bring to a simmer and cover for 30 minutes. Then add the cooked chicken a few minutes before serving.

Top with cilantro if desired
